The waveBEE®touch is an all-in-one system for V2X analysis on message level and designed as a robust tool for everyday use. The system enables a wide range of analysis options: from visualization of all received messages on an interactive map to analysis of the RAW format of the individual message. This enables V2X developers, test engineers as well as plant engineers to extensively support development, installation and maintenance processes of V2X systems of all kinds.

In both laboratory and field use, the waveBEE®touch system has proven its effectiveness with automotive OEMs, Tier1 suppliers, engineering service providers, C-ITS operators, V2X test field operators, test site operators, manufacturers of traffic engineering equipment and traffic engineering test laboratories.

The waveBEE®touch has three operating modes:

Live: Shows live and on-site all data received on the air interface in a clear map display with direct analysis of V2X messages in selectable levels of detail.

Record: Records all received data in addition to the display and analysis of the live mode. This means that all data traffic on the air interface can also be evaluated and analyzed at a later time. Data export is possible in a pcap format to make the recording available to downstream systems.

Playback: Enables the playback of recorded V2X data within the waveBEE®touch in order to view and analyze the recordings of the record mode directly on site. Furthermore, this mode also enables the import and thus the playback and analysis of pcap recordings from third-party systems.

The waveBEE®touch is the ideal all-purpose tool for visualization, recording and analysis of V2X messages bundled in a compact, stand-alone system. It is ready to use without programming knowledge for validation, conformance testing, interoperability testing and functional verification in the V2X context, whether for the serial OBU of a vehicle, the road side unit of a C-ITS highway corridor or a traffic signal system.
