With the following information on data protection, we would like to inform you for what purposes and to what extent we collect and process your personal data when you use our website and how we protect your privacy when you make your data available to us.

Nordsys GmbH (Mittelweg 7, 38106 Braunschweig, Germany, Tel.: 05312969880, Fax: 053129698899) is the operator of this website and, as the responsible body within the meaning of Art. 4 para. 7 DS-GVO, is responsible for compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
The personal data of our users will be stored and processed by us in accordance with the relevant regulations, in particular the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) in their current versions. All personal data will only be collected for specified, clear and legitimate purposes and will not be stored longer than necessary.

Personal data
Personal data are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person (e.g. name, date of birth and contact data).

In principle our web pages can be used by you without indication of your personal data. However, for certain applications of our websites it may be necessary for you to provide us with your data. Therefore, it can come to restrictions with the use of our web pages without indication of your data.
As soon as you visit our web pages, our web servers temporarily store each access in a log file. The following data may be collected and stored until automated deletion: IP address, date and time of access, transferred data volumes, reports on the success of the retrieval of the web pages, identification data of the browser and operating system used, the web page from which the access is made and the IP address of your Internet access provider. This data is processed for the purpose of enabling the use of the websites, system security, technical administration of the network infrastructure and optimisation of the Internet offering. This is to be regarded as a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DS-GVO.

Other data collection
We collect, store and process your personal data (e.g. first name, last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) if a business relationship exists or is to be established, e.g. in the context of a subscription or an order, as well as in the content design and change of the business relationship. In addition, we use your personal data, as far as you have transmitted it to us for registration on our website and have consented to the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, we collect, store and process your personal data when you approach us via the contact form, job portal or by sending us an e-mail, insofar as this is necessary for processing your enquiries and correspondence. The personal data collected by us will be deleted immediately as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose, unless there are legal retention periods. The provision of your personal data is voluntary.

Various information is stored in so-called cookies on our web pages, which serve a user-friendly handling of the application and generally make the Internet offer more effective. In addition, the data stored in a cookie makes repeated filling out of forms unnecessary. The cookies we use are limited in time and are deleted regularly. For the use of an account on our website, we use cookies in particular in order to be able to recognise you on a subsequent visit. Otherwise you would have to log in again for each visit.
In your browser, you can independently manage the acceptance of cookies from our websites and, if necessary, block them. You can also delete cookies that have already been set at any time. You can also find out about the possibility of deactivating cookies in the settings of your selected browser. If you do not accept cookies, this may lead to restrictions in the use of our websites in individual cases. We would like to point out that after deleting your cookies you may also have to reactivate any opt-out cookies that have been set.
We recommend that you manually delete the cookies and the browser history on a regular basis.

Google Web Fonts
On our website, so-called web fonts provided by Google are used for the uniform display of fonts. The page loads the required web fonts into its browser cache when it is called up. This is necessary to display the texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser used establishes a connection to Google's servers. Google thus obtains knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online services. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at and in Google's privacy policy:

Social plug-ins
Our websites use the social plug-ins of various social network providers. As soon as you visit one of our websites that contains such a plug-in, the content of the plug-in is sent directly to your browser. By using social plug-ins, we offer you the possibility to interact directly with our contributions via the comment function.
By clicking on the respective social media plug-in, you will be forwarded directly to our website at the respective social network and your data will be transmitted to the servers of the respective social network provider. These include IP address, date and time of access, identification data of the browser and operating system used, the website from which the access is made.
We would like to point out that we have no influence on the extent of data processing by the relevant provider of the social network. The purpose, type and scope of the data collection as well as the further processing and use of the data can therefore be found in the data protection guidelines of the respective provider.
Please note that the servers of the social network providers may be located to a large extent in countries outside the European Union. Companies that process data in countries outside the European Union are subject to data protection laws that regularly do not guarantee the protection of personal data to the extent that is the case under the data protection laws of the European Union.
The following social plug-ins are offered on our websites:

The Facebook plug-ins on our websites are operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA, USA. The Facebook plug-ins are identified by the Facebook logo. Once you use such a plug-in, your browser establishes direct contact with Facebook so that your information is transferred directly to a Facebook server. If you are logged in to Facebook parallel to your visit to our websites, Facebook can directly assign your visit to your account. When you send a comment or press the "Like" button, this information is also transmitted to a Facebook server and stored by it in the USA. In addition, your Facebook interactions are published directly on Facebook and may therefore be visible to your Facebook friends. If you do not wish to have such an interaction, it is your responsibility to log out of Facebook before visiting our websites and also to prevent the loading of Facebook plug-ins on our websites by using a "Facebook blocker". The purpose and scope of the data collection as well as the further processing and use of the data can be found in Facebook's data policy:
