The high and stable quality of our products and services is the heart of our business success. We achive this, among other things, through:

The quality policy is reviewed annually by the management and adjusted if necessary.

DIN EN ISO 9001:2015

The international standard is based on the principle of the quality management which is described in ISO 9000. According to ISO 9000:2015 an important basis to increase the accomplishment of the organisation is to apply the fundamentals.

The fundamentals of quality management are client orientation, leadership, the inclusion of people, a process-oriented approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making and relationship management.

Naturally NORDSYS GmbH is certified in accordance to ISO 9001:2015 and gets recertified regularly.

TISAX

TISAX is the new standard for information safety defined by the automotive industry. It is based on the Information Security Assessment (ISA), which was developed by VDA – a questionnaire on basis oft he standard ISO 27001.

For the NORDSYS GmbH confidentiality, availability and integrity of information have great value. We have taken extensive measures on protection of sensitive and confidential information. Therefore, we follow the question catalogue of information security of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA ISA). The Assessment was conducted by an audit provider. The result is exclusively retrievable over the ENX Portal: https://portal.enx.com/en-US/TISAX/tisaxassessmentresults/ .

NORDSYS GmbH has passed the TISAX-certification in accordance to VDA ISA and get recertified regularly. This makes NORDSYS GmbH one oft he first service providers throughout Germany, that provides a standardized information safety level in the value chain as well as the supply chain for almost every automotive OEMs.i.
